Ran with the racing team and met some new people!
I talked to Mike? on the warmup, and I also talked with Amy, the one who just did a half marathon in Iceland.
During the workout I met a few new people including Cynthia, Jessica, John, Mike, and some others. After the workout I talked with David, and he is going to do the Berlin Marathon.
It was a good workout.
I felt good through all of it, except the last one I felt like I ran out of gas.
We did a 1.9 warmup (15:55). Then I didn't have my Garmin watch ready for the "interval" setting right away, but it worked for intervals 2-9, then again at the end. These were my splits/times:
14 x 400 meters with 90-110 seconds rest in between.
