4 miles- suckage

Comments:
We jogged 4 miles and it was HORRIBLE. everything hurt, like crazy bad. :( I really don't know why we weren't going fast or anything... Oh well, it was pre-race so it wasn't supposed to be fast. But the hurt was very abnormal.
