Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
There were no slow people there today, so I started with a faster group and peeled off after just 4 minutes to do a 15 minute loop because my shins are already hurting. Misunderstood Anthony's loop directions, so the triangle that he suggested got a little curvy, but it was the right amount of time, so that's good. It's annoying and kind of depressing that there's nobody to run with, but that's life I guess, and it was a short run, so I was fine on my own. A day strength, and also I've made a summer goal for myself to do 300 crunches 5 times a week, so I did those while I waited for everyone to get back. Not sure if I'll actually keep that up, but it's worth a try.
