Comments:
did a little workout today- it was 2 3 4 3 2 min at cruise with half recovery. I couldnt really breath well during my warmup so I was apprehensive. The first 2 intervals felt easy, which makes sense since they were downhill. next 3 were harder (uphill) and I definitely felt the shortness of breath but they weren't miserable. Honestly the worst part was the cooldown, which ended up being quite short. I felt pretty faint and yogged home. breathing didn't feel normal till after sometime calming down at home. all things considered, could have been worse! also climbed with abe later, which was difficult given my utter lack of strength
