Comments:
Another run I'm not supposed to be doing. Very mediocre. Felt tired and muscles were bad following the quick turnaround between Thursday's run and today's. Taking weekend off, maybe will do 45 Monday to get it out of the way. My running only on weekdays is sustainable and easy when I'm in shape, but there is a definite and consequential difference between how I feel on Monday and how I feel on Friday, both in a cardiovascular sense and a muscular one.
