Weather: getting a bit more humid, 80s
Comments:
Gave blood at Sibley in the afternoon. Turned down double reds for whole blood this time. Literature I read said it takes five weeks for the red blood cells to fully regenerate. Biked to practice in 12 minutes along Wisconsin and return trip was 10 minutes. Ran with a large, coed group and bounced around between different factions and paces. Ran Ward Tenley... The old classic. Upon return, I checked in with a few folks, and then added on with May Apple and Matt Leder for another loop down Rodman and around Cleveland park for 18 more minutes. Felt blah, but not bad.
