Ok lady....
Coming off Tuesday's race, I want you to take that fitness and try to pump it up even a notch faster.
This should be a bit flatter, a bit cooler and is a bit shorter so I really think a good idea would be to run the first mile without walking. Use the energy of the crowd to keep you going and pull you along.
At mile 1, take a 30 second break and from then on run .5 miles with very short 30 sec. breaks.

Don't feel like you have to be a Slavs to the watch though. If you can run longer at certain times or need 40 sec. walks certain times it's ok.
We don't need perfect splits.;)

Either way, you truly are getting to the point of being fitter than ever so let's look at this like another great opportunity for the half!!!
