Trying out the glutes/hips after being benched all weekend :)

Ok so I did my stretches this morning, before I went out. You had suggested about 3ish. So instead of over doing, I did 2.5 intervals, 4/1, and then I stopped reset watch and walked for .60
Technical difficulties during that 2nd mile, caused me to walk a bit longer trying to figure out the dang music (not going to fib it's too early too dark for no "white noise" at all, lol). Hip, glute area feels fine so far. I am in little sandals, will do stretches again before bedtime, and tonight an Epsom Salt bath.
