Swervin Around FIPs Like Its My Job

July 3, 2017 (Afternoon)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: High 70s, low 80s sunny

Comments:
I ran a very interesting route today. I was originally doing a 5 mile out and back down the beach route in NB, but I extended the run and did the Big Smiles route on the way back and got up to 7.5 for the run.

When I started off, I felt rough but was going at a surprisingly decent pace. Despite being sunny and humid, I ended up feeling pretty good. Towards the of the run, the sun was started to get to me but I pulled through. Also New Buffalo was absolutely packed and I swerved around FIPs like it was my day job. I was swerving and constantly jumping from sidewalk to street and yelling "on your right" and people still wouldn't move ughhhh.

Overall good session. It was supposed to be more of a shakeout but I ran a bit faster than that. The grind remains strong.
