Weather: not as humid, 90ish, cloudy

Comments:
My group had only Lion in it, so we merged with Berenson's group. I bailed out of the zoo loop at Calvert to escort Kevin Jackson home on his first summer run. Doubled back once we got him to 34th and picked up original groups plus India along Woodley Rd below Maret. Pace slowed dramatically in the middle. Felt fine. Very aware, as is often the case, of my uneven stride. Time and distance are just guessed. Biked to and from practice again.
