Moderate Workout

Comments:
Went out to the Farm today for a fartlek. I was really really muddy and the couse was pretty torn up by our second time around the upper part. I ran with the varsity crew today which was nice although this wasn't the most demanding workout ever. On the last 3 minnute effort I felt it some but other than that it wasn't bad. Props to Tim Smith for his power slide down the hill the one time. And I fell two during the first hard effort. Nobody got hurt though so it was all good. My legs feel good after especially after the bike yesterday. But I'll still take tomorrow off because of my high mileage begining of the week. Good moderate workout and a confidence booster from running with the varsity. The last 30 seconds felt pretty good just like striders and stuff which was nice too.
Workout: 4x3min 1 min recovery, 6x1min 30sec recovery, 10x30sec, 30sec recovery. In this order:

Static 1 and Eagle with 10 pushups tonight Coach Lenese circut after the workout. 3x15 dips
