Brighton 5k + speed work

Weather: warm and humid but not bad

Comments:
2 mile warm up
18:45 brighton 5k...maybe ran even? Def. not strong in 2nd mile but did not fall off at all in 3rd mile...fought hard, no great kick but sustained effort throughout. solid.
6 mi varied pace with frank and wendy at Mt hope for RRC workout (2 and 2 fartlek...varied between 8:00 and 9:00 miles)...nice long cool down!
