Brick run

Comments:
In the triathlon world, a brick run is when you run right after getting off the bike, which is what I did today. As long as you're not pushing super hard, biking really warms up your legs well, which is why my pace was kinda quick. And since my house is on a hill, I have no choice but to go run down a steep hill to begin every run. So combining warmed up legs and a downhill makes for a really really easy 6:10 first mile lol.
