Making Zeke late

July 5, 2017 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: humid, 70s

Comments:
After a last minute adjustment of start time, I ran to Zeke's and picked him up a few minutes after 8:00. I then took him in a large loop around the neighborhoods surrounding the golf course. I then added on a few extra blocks for no good reason. We then proceeded through numerous blockades on the trail from Somerset pool. I then kept bringing up new discussion points even though I knew he was rushed to get on his way. Eventually, I let him go... significantly late. It certainly was nice to be running with Naked Stats again, though, even if he is limited to three mile jaunts (I made him run for 29 minutes, though in my usual disobedient way, but he probably liked that.) Left leg still felt uneven, as always, and the left side of my chest was pretty uncomfortable as I bruised it falling off my bike on Monday afternoon when leaving STA and catching my pedal on a fence. I doubt I have a cracked rib, but the area is certainly still sore when I breath deeply, extend my left arm, stretch, lay on it, or touch it. Our pace was solid enough for a slow morning run, but I really have no idea what it was. 8:00? I picked it up with focused effort on the tile path on the way home.
