Comments:
8k run at kenosha. Felt really good, and mentally strong. Still need to find that killer instinct in the kick though. I made a move to catch the third place guy, and held pace, but didn't pick it up at the en dlike i should cuz i was convincing myself not too, but with that being said i raced really hard. I pushed it up hills, and ran with some authority.
