RIP Weekly Mileage

Well, this week has been a bit rough for me. I was experiencing some out-of-the-blue foot pain on Tuesday. I could feel it while giving walkings tours, so as a precaution I took 3 days. I could've actually ran yesterday, but I was feel very groggy. So yup this week's mileage is pretty fucked.

Anyways, I ran 10 miles today going from Wilson to Hawk Island. At Hawk Island, I took a quick bathroom break. When I left the bathroom, my music wouldn't play, so I had to restart my run (hence why it's cut into 2 parts). It felt pretty good, I was accidentally going too fast, which is pretty typical of me, so I'll take that as a plus. The foot pain was also completely gone, so YAH!

Also I signed up for the half marathon next week in Chicago, so I'm pretty hyped for that. Me and Wild Wes will take on Chi Town!
