Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran again with Eliot. Did a mile long steady state in the middle and stuck with Eliot for the first half. Thought I wouldn't be able to power through the whole thing but I was able to find some energy in the second half and keep my pace. We slowed down a lot on the normal pace on the way back because we were both prettt tired. Good stretch after. Need to roll.
