Comments:
Due to storms yesterday, I attempted this routine this morning. Not too bad, however, I did not make the entire 5 miles...time was an issue, I'm still trying to learn how to schedule before work, distance...and I tripped and fell yesterday and guess which side I landed, so it started to "ache" a bit, causing another "issue" in my endurance/pace. I made 4 miles, and walked to stretch the final .50 So far today, I feel fine (the periformous or however you spell it), but it is a bit sore from trip and fall... I was not graceful going down either! hahaaa

Run .5 miles easy
.05 walk
Run .5 miles faster
.1 walk
... repeat until you hit 5 miles

Don't want this to be killer but def. a quality one;)
