Weather: nice but windy
Comments:
Different course than last year, shorter start and longer finish, times were 10ish seconds slower or so. Warmup routine was good, and got out pretty well but got kinda stuck going into the woods. First 1200 felt like a sprint, kind of ridiculous considering I was around 45th place or so. Moved up a pretty good amount on the backhills, the uphills were where it clicked today, but got kinda complacent 1.75ish in. Kicked it into gear near the bridge, passed arias, and then just let out a looooooong 650 kick or so, dying a little bit the last 150 where alex passed me. Feel like i'm finally rounding out into shape
