Comments:
We switched it to 1.5 miles in 3/1 intervals. I did walking warmup and cool down with dynamic stretching pt gave me


Looking for 4 miles today so we can get the miealge up a bit.


This is the pattern I'm looking for as I want it to be a bit more speedier than last few runs.

Run .5 miles easy
.05 walk
Run .5 miles moderate fast (give me splits)
.1 walk
... repeat until you hit 4 miles!!!

We are starting to play around with change of pace, but please don't feel like you have to kill your self on the fast parts!
