Comments:
A splendid long run. I was dreading running today for whatever reason (most psyching myself out that I knew I should do a longer run and feeling tired after walking around Otavalo all day). But after getting out the door I immediately felt better and really enjoyed exploring across the river. I've learned that making a run into a low-stakes adventure-- whether that means running in a new place, challenging myself to find a certain location without maps, or stopping at cool attractions during the run-- makes the whole experience more fun, sustainable, and even quicker.
