Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 70s, humid
Comments:
Redbone popped on in the middle of my run, so I thought the title was appropriate lol.
I ran 6 miles from Wilson to Grand River Bridge and Back. I went at a relatively easy effort, where it didn't feel like I was working too hard and I felt super smooth. I'm tapering a bit this week to prepare for my half marathon on Sunday, so this was kind of the beginning of that taper. Overall good run.
Also discovered a really good new song during evaluation today called "Mouth Guards of the Apocalypse" by the Broken Social Scene. Pretty epic song for a late night run, almost accidentally revolted back to my old days of music and 6 mins per mile, but I held back. Maybe I'll try to bring that back for the half lmao.
