Weather: 80 and very humid

Comments:
I've developed a summer sleeping routine of going to bed around midnight and sleeping at least to 7:30, so getting up at 6:40 didn't feel great, but a nice mellow run with the Rhino was a good way to ease into the morning. We wrapped around Somerset with a brief stretch on the Crescent trail before she dropped me off at home. Hard to gauge the pace which varied at times, but it was possibly 8:30-9:00 per mile?
