Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Back in the pool for a swim - it has been some time. As such, it took several laps for me to adjust and stop getting water in my nose/remember how to breathe. Once that got better - did 10 laps with 4 breathes:stroke. Felt ok when I was relaxed but I did take several breaks so I will try to shorten those next time.
