Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Think we have done this before, but if you could give me the splits on this one that would be great!
Short distance tempo
Run .25 miles easy
Run .5 mile at tempo pace(in 11's would be great)
Run .25 miles easy (this is where you want to take walk breaks if needed)
Let's do 3 sets of this for a total of 3 mikes
The idea is to try and run as much as possible for each mile but specifically looking for speed in the middle .5 where it should be at 10k race pace or faster. The quarter miles in between can be Easy...but still keep moving!!
