Weather: 80? hot and very humid
Comments:
I felt pretty tired before the workout started and wasn't feeling like running. However, it went all right! We did Yasso's 800s. I initially was planning to do 8 x 800, but after finishing 8, I decided to do 2 more for a total of 10 x 800 meters. However, the first 8 were good and the last 2 were not as strong. 90 seconds rest in between each rep.
