Comments:
Pretty horrible swim this morning. I'm tired bro. Going to sleep at 10:10pm and waking up at 6:10am just isn't enough when working out 3 times a day. Definitely going to take the day off from swimming tomorrow to get more sleep and actually let my body recover.
