Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
-I sped up on shorted intervals but at the end did mostly 2/:30 or 2/1. The 1 min didn't feel like enough running.
Ok shooting for 3 miles total. No More!
I am looking for a total of 3 to 3.5 miles as follows:
Run 6 min without walking
2:00 walk
Run 4 min
90 sec. walk
Run 2 min
1 min walk
Run 1 min
1 min walk
Finish the rest of the 3 miles with 1 min jog/ 1 min walk. Jut if feeling good feel free to speed up pace slightly on the one minuters;)
