Exercise Type: Run

Weather: beautiful, sunny, 70s, low humidity

Comments:
Abigail Howell came over at 7:20 and we jogged to intercept Isabel Kirsch and headed down the treacherous sidewalks of Western Ave to Greenvale to Rock Creek to East West to somebody's side yard into hills to Brookville. Dropped Isabel and ran back home via Nevada. Pace was mellow and my friends politely listened to me ramble. Body felt good after having yesterday off and with the milder weather. Played a set of tennis with Chuck after a quick breakfast. Lost 6-3 due to more unforced errors.
