Mile repeats

There is no clinic but you can still go to track or do this anywhere. It's time for some long repeats!!

Mile repeats!


Warm up .5 miles easy

Run 1 mile fast- (but don't go out too fast) maybe somewhere Close to 8 if I had to guess depending on hills, terrain, weather etc.

Complete 3 to 4 min. Rest

Repeat two more times for a total of 3x 1 mile!

This is a hard one, but very doable for you at this point in training ;) think of it as 3 miles fast but with good rest in between to catch your breath!
