Comments:
Easy run along the Charles. Pretty warm - 86 degrees. About 2 miles downhill to get to the river, and about 2 miles uphill to get back to my house. Brutal.
Looking back on my log, I have been making pretty good progress in both mileage and pace each week since coming back from my back injury (averages are for the week, not the year):
June 19-25 - 29.67 miles, 6:47.7/mile average
June 26-July 2 - 35.74 miles, 6:43.3/mile average
July 3-9 - 39.91 miles, 6:40.3/mile average
July 10-16 - 47.09 miles, 6:38.4/mile average
Also cool that this was the most miles I have run in a week since I did 49.45 the first week of May.
Also realized that my current shoes have over 600 miles on them rip.
