.5 mile intervals

There is no clinic so this is a harder one that can be done Thursday or Friday preferably in afternoon so we are not under time constraint. And only if hip continues to compromise with us..;)
We haven't got true speed in awhile, so I am looking for

6x 800m or .5 miles with full complete rest stop of 3 to 4 in between. The purpose of this is speed, so we really want to make sure to take the rest.

I think if you do the first couple .5 mile intervals in at 11 min pace or so(which is about 5 min and 30 seconds) you will be in a good position to finish all 6.
Obviously paces will depend on where and when you do them but am hoping this one goes well!!!;)

Cooldown 1 to 2 mile very easy for mielage.

The whole thing will only come to 4 or 5 mikes but willl take longer with the complete rest in between.
Remember there are 6 of them, so dont start too fast!!
