Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Do this pattern until you hit 4 miles.
Run 3 min easy
Run 2 min fast a bit faster but nothing crazy
Walk 1 min
The 3 min jogs can be slow but I really want the two minutes to be a significant change of pace keeping in mind that you are just getting back into things tho!!!. Just looking for you to push, a little bit knowing you have a 1 min walk to recover before easy 3 again:)
