Boy am I beat. This was a tough set considering how hard I have worked this week. I did the usual 6x500, but descending this time (I hadn't done a descend workout in a while). I hit 6:44, 6:34, 6:30, 6:25, 6:22, 6:23. That last one took a lot of character... I have gone a lot faster in this workout in the past but not with how tired my body was today. I really did not want to do that last rep and about 200 into it I thought about just quitting. But, I pulled through anyway and gave it what I got. I was gassed.

I am exhausted. I plan on taking tomorrow completely off. Just 2 weeks left before my tri season closes :(
