Started off with Check Two. I was feeling aches and pains from my core down. It seems every time I take a day off, the next day hurts really bad until I'm warmed up. Stopping and stretching helped but I still wasn't moving too fast. I got the the top of the major hill, out of breathe, wondering what was wrong with. Frustrated with my legs, I gave them some more pain as I picked the the longest driveway up there and started climbing. There was some trails a ways up that at started exploring, so many paths. I just kept going on the ones that went up, at this point I was in search of a peak. I found a bit of clearing, went up a long path and started down the other side when I found this sweet view of the world. I could see the Susquehanna from Baltimore to Scranton. I heard someone coming, so using my wisdomistic sense of direction I found a trail that went down and got back on with Check Two. I carried my speed of the mountain all the way. Felt really good from that point on.
