Comments:
Lucas and I absolutely dicked 3 miles. He used it as an easy double and I used it as a post-half marathon recovery run. My legs and hips felt rough but surprisingly I was able to run ok. The pace was slow, but it was to be expected. Overall, we got through it and hopefully my legs will start feeling better within the next few days.
