Back way "out and back"

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: warm, upper 80s, some breeze and lots of humidity

Comments:
Feeling pretty tired before practice, so I drove rather than biked to STA. Rogue thunder sent us indoors for warm ups and strength. I joined for that and eventually we slipped out to run an out and back. Turned back at 18 minutes and bounced back through the small group of girls to finish with and NCS girl who rand back in 17 minutes. Felt very controlled.
