Weather: cold, dark, and a slight breeze
Comments:
sore back before running
bottom of my foot felt sore while running
full back hurts after running
ran on track field
one of my best but fairly easy and mild run
kept up with Josh throughout and sprinted the last 200m while still keeping up with Josh
