I did some workout called "halves" today. Idk why it's called that but w/e.
500 warmup
about 2:00 rest
200 on the 3:00, 8x100 on the 1:30 (avg. 1:17)
1:00 rest
200 on the 2:55, 6x100 on the 1:25 (avg. 1:17)
1:35 rest
200 on the 2:50, 4x100 on the 1:20 (avg. 1:15)
1:50 rest
200 on the 2:45, 2x100 on the 1:15 (1:10 and 1:13)
300 cool down
The only other time I did this workout was all the way back on March 16th. And back then I failed to make the last 100.
I am feeling in really really good shape. I am excited that I am turning into really good form with about a week left.
