Let's really try to drink enough and add a gel or 100 calories of fuel mid run.
No set workout today, assuming you got the wave in on Monday or Tuesday;)

Ran from the Y to the square up to the top of parking garage hence the slower time between mile 5 and 6 :) then back to the Y. Ran with Holly, Jen and Dave Scott
