Comments:
All the grown-ups at the shop are away this weekend, so I had to dip out of the office a little early to make sure things worked out okay. Squeezed a run in too beforehand. Did that XC course loop again, and things went pretty well. Pace was awful because of how stupid hot it was, but that's fine for now. Makes me better in the end. At least it's supposed to.
