Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
400's but different than your usual 400's!!

Warm up .5 mikes easy..

Run 400m moderately fast at 5k pace (no faster than 1:45)
Jog 200 m easy but no walking
Repeat

Take full rest...

Run 2x x 400m faster with 2 to 3 min complete rest stop in between (these are for pure speed and is your time to really go if you feel good, but keep in mind you still have 3 more to do after these !!

Run 400m back to that moderate effort again
Jog 200m
Repeat

So the total is 6x400m but and big but, they are at different paces with different rest times.
This is a good speed maintenance one to do in the middle of half marathon training, but a few of them have jogs in between so are way more about endurance than speed!!
