Comments:
Due to my issues with "Peri" you suggested I just take it rather easy. I dropped back with Kristen, for the most part we did 3min/1min intervals... last mile, I was a wee bit slower, so we incorporated a bit more walk.
I wasn't worried about time, as based on text wit you, I know you are more concerned about not over doing but to keep moving at this point. :)
