**the .36 interval was when i had to stop and walk the hill. I just took that as my .25 interval

Assuming everything feels ok, and Monday went well, let's shoot for 1 mile without walking.

Then walk 2 min
Run .75 miles without walking
Walk 1 min
Run .5 miles
Walk 1 min
Run .25 miles

In no way are these supposed to be like intervsls!!
Just about time on your feet and less walking than you have been doing..
