Sunday Run (swim)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with Jackson to Anthony's house (1 mile). Met Anthony, Silas, Abe, Ana, and Leah there. Ran about 4 miles with them around the neighborhood. It was super humid. My legs felt very tired and stiff. It wasn't a hard run, but I wasn't feeling great which was disappointing because I've felt pretty strong on all my runs so far this summer. Ran back with Jackson, and got some refreshing Gatorade at the Todd household.
