Weather: ~70 degrees, Beautiful

Comments:
Really not great today. Had to help close the shop today again, which is the same situation as Friday, so squeezed in a short run in the early afternoon. But jeez, I just felt lousy. Never really got into a good rhythm. Plus my stomach was just being aggressively rude. I'm thinking maybe my body just needs some down time. Which should be good timing, since I literally won't have time to run in the next couple days. Looking forward to Thursday either way!
