Comments:
Felt kinda sluggish in today's workout but I guess it was ok.
1 mile warm up
4 x 200 on, 200 off (1st mile of fartlek)
4 x 400 on, 400 off (2nd and 3rd mile of fartlek)
8 x 200 on, 200 off (4th and 5th mile of fartlek)
1.44 mile cool down
I think my 3rd mile of fartlek was the fastest because on one of the jog intervals I got passed by some random other guy, and that made me speed up because I don't like getting passed lol.
