Comments:
Accidentally erased the time after but I remember overall it was low 28:00, I think single digits, or maybe at most 28:15. First time running twice in a week this month, I could feel my hip flexor more during the run than I have recently and its sore now as I sit here so maybe stick to once or zero times a week for the foreseeable future.
