Felt great today. The warmup was good and I felt strong. During the workout I felt even better, I just didn't really feel the hills until the last 4 reps, and even then it wasn't nearly as bad as the hills last Thursday or the Thursday before that. I just felt strong going up the hills. Ben fell behind going up the big hill, he doesn't handle steep stretches well. (We'll see if he can hold me off during a race) I mainly just focused on not letting Silas get too far away, and it worked, He never got more than 5-10 yards further than me. I felt dead on the first 0.5 mile of the cooldown, but the rest was fine. Overall a solid run/workout.
