Comments:
5 mile tempo, slow as shit, ran with abby, cindy, and natalia. kept even 6:40 pace, which felt like a jog. dropped down a little bit the last mile with natalia. 6x200 on the track after with tim, grese, and kurt. 200's weren't very fast so held back and practiced surging and dropping tim in a few steps.
